We were first time sellers and Prita hand held us throughout the process so well that this entire thing happened seamlessly. As a 1st time seller and that too trying to sell staying outside the States, we needed a realtor who would make that "connection" with us to make this happen. With us, she was super responsive and always made it a point to call back and answer all our questions. Being in this field for so long she understands the market very well and she guided us perfectly on situations where there were multiple offers and what we should do, for our offer to get shortlisted.
